Strength + Flow
Vinyasa flow warm-up, kettlebell strength circuit, and yoga-based core and cool down. Progressive workouts — find your own sweet spot. Great for anyone looking for a challenge.
Vinyasa Flow
A power flow with a focus on breath that builds serious heat. Stretching and strengthening through peaks and valleys of intensity — teacher-led and great for all experience levels.
Strength + Flow Fundamentals
Slow, alignment-focused class with a flow warm-up and kettlebell or steel mace circuit. Great for beginners, seniors, or anyone wanting to refine technique.
Beginner FriendlyBitter Sweet Bodywork
A moving meditation and deep dive into your body mechanics and mind-body connection led by a seasoned yogi. Not a flow class — a focused and challenging 90 minutes. All levels.
Heated to ComfortFirefly Party
Kids yoga dance parties with fun playlists or a DJ, themed around animal movement and easy yoga poses. Guardian must remain at the studio during class. Wi-Fi and coffee available.

Our mission is to support your life outside of the studio. Our fitness programme doesn't stick to a dogma — we use kettlebells to increase strength and bone density, yoga and other movement patterns to challenge mobility and balance, and mindful breath and focus throughout.
The throughline across all of it is integration — the idea that strength and flexibility aren't opposing disciplines, but complementary ones that reinforce each other over time. Now open in Asheville's River Arts District.

Sara Toohey
Sara is a mom, civil engineer, 200-hour certified RYT, lifelong middle-of-the-pack athlete, and enthusiastic community builder originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years and explored hundreds of studios, instructors, and class styles. Her classes are built to challenge mind and body.

Studio Manager + InstructorAnna Kate is a 250-hour certified RYT with a goal to help students feel more confident and comfortable within their bodies and minds through Vinyasa and chair gentle-style yoga classes.
Bria E.
InstructorBria (RYT 200) is passionate about bringing movement and mindfulness together. Her classes guide students through intentional practice with energy and care.
